On May 18, 2020, ZoomerMedia Limited announces agreement of sale of assets of Darwin CX Inc. to New-York based Irish Studio LLC. Irish Studio purchased the Darwin Assets for approximately C$7.5 million, wherein the remainder of the purchase price is payable at the closing of the transaction.
