Wheatsheaf acquires all remaining shares of Ostara in arrangement transaction

Ostara Nutrient Recovery Technologies Inc. ("Ostara") and Wheatsheaf Group Limited ("Wheatsheaf") completed an arrangement transaction, whereby Wheatsheaf acquired all of the shares of Ostara that it did not already own. The transaction included interim financing.
