On March 26, 2021, Classcraft, a Sherbrooke, QC, Canada-based learning technology company, announced the closing of its C$4.5M Series A Extension financing round. The round was led by Brightspark Ventures and included Whitecap Venture Partners, Amplify Capital, and two new investors: Theodorus Investment Funds and Unreasonable Collective.
Founded in 2013, Classcraft allows educators to motivate learners to reach their potential through playful learning experiences that promote growth and human connection.
The company will use the funds to accelerate their product development as well as its sale and marketing efforts.
