We advised Harmony Energy Limited on the sale of the project rights to its 50MW Salisbury battery energy storage asset to the leading UK renewable electricity company, SSE plc. Battery energy storage is an increasingly important asset class in the clean energy transition as the penetration of intermittent renewable energy generation from wind and solar increases.
We advised Harmony Energy Limited with a team led by Guy Winter which also included Laura Bradley, Chloe Gill-Braun (M&A) and Carlie Marrows (Paralegal).
