On November 8, 2021, Citizen Stash Cannabis Corp. ("Citizen Stash") was acquired by The Valens Company Inc. ("Valens") through a plan of arrangement, whereby Valens acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares and other securities of Citizen Stash in an all share transaction. The transaction was valued at approximately $54.3 million on an enterprise value basis.
