Synthesis Health Inc. (“Synthesis”), a leading developer of intelligent AI-enabled clinical solutions technology, acquires Pureform Diagnostic Imaging Clinics Inc. (“Pureform Radiology”).
With the acquisition of Pureform Radiology, Synthesis will build and implement next generation AI-enabled software to power efficient, quality-focused clinical operations in radiology and laboratory medicine.
