Synthesis Health Inc. (“Synthesis”) has completed its acquisition of IDGITAL, LLC (“IDGITAL”). Synthesis is a pioneer of medical technology solutions and an operator of distributed radiology, medical imaging, and laboratory clinics. The addition of IDGITAL to the Synthesis ecosystem is expected to enable new approaches to the acquisition, transmission, and analysis of diagnostic images.
Fasken represented Synthesis with a team led by Steve Saville, and included Marco Maduri (M&A), Ryan Adlem and Peter Cheng (Articling Students).
