FortisBC amalgamates Revelstoke propane supply costs with midstream natural gas supply resource costs

Fasken acted as Counsel to FortisBC Energy Inc. in its Revelstoke Propane Portfolio Cost Amalgamation Application. The resulting rate setting mechanism provided Revelstoke customers with propane rate stability that matched the stability of the company’s natural gas customer rates, and provided propane commodity rate relief to Revelstoke customers.
