United Farmers of Alberta Co-operative Limited announces closing of its investment in CANTERRA SEEDS Holdings Ltd.

On July 3, 2024, United Farmers of Alberta Co-operative Ltd. (“UFA”), an Alberta-based agricultural co-operative, announced its purchase of 1,286,187 Class A common shares (the “Shares”) in the capital of CANTERRA SEEDS Holding Ltd. (“CANTERRA SEEDS”). The Shares were purchased from Ceres Global Ag Corp. and represent an investment in western Canadian agriculture that will benefit UFA’s member owners.
