Acted for Great Western Minerals Group Inc in structuring its UK, South African and Indian investments. Acted as Canadian counsel for the reorganization of a Luxembourg-based Limited Partnership with significant Canadian infrastructure investments. Represented a Japanese corporation in its acquisition of a 25% interest in a TSXV-listed company.
