In support of, and to further the mission of our firm, we have established a network for racialized legal professionals at Fasken. This group will include all people of colour, and Indigenous people.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to:
- Support and develop the careers of current and future racialized legal professionals at Fasken in order to help them achieve their full potential, as well as to build the internal leadership pipeline.
- Leverage the unique and diverse backgrounds, experiences and contributions of racialized legal professionals to help them develop and maintain key relationships, to enhance client outcomes and contribute to the overall success of the Firm.
- Raise awareness of and educate others about the challenges and opportunities faced by racialized legal professionals, and
- Foster a culture of belonging for racialized legal professionals.
We will achieve this through:
- Mentorship and sponsorship
- Pipeline and leadership development
- Business development and client relationship related initiatives

- Creating a sense of community and a support network
