Meghan Carlin is an Articling Student in Fasken's Toronto office.
Meghan graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to law school, Meghan obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and worked in the marketing communications and media industries. At law school, Meghan played an active role as a Clinic Fellow with the IP Osgoode Innovation Clinic, providing legal information to entrepreneurs with IP-related needs, and as an editor with Osgoode’s award-winning intellectual property blog. Meghan also served as Co-president of the Osgoode Entertainment and Sports Law Association and volunteered with the Artists’ Legal Advice Services clinic to re-establish the clinic’s Osgoode chapter. Meghan previously worked as a student at an entertainment and media law firm, and as a student in the Canadian broadcasting regulation and public policy space. Meghan first joined Fasken as a student in 2021. Outside of work, Meghan enjoys running, hiking with her family, live music and crossword puzzles.
Meghan summered at the firm in 2021 and participated in the student secondment program with a firm client.
