Prior to joining Fasken, Tatianna practised in the area of corporate law and mergers and acquisitions in provincial firms specializing in business law. She has advised companies at every stage of their development—including incorporation, the negotiation of commercial agreements, the implementation of shareholder agreements and the purchase or sale of shares or assets—thereby enhancing her invaluable experience for a diverse client base.
