Abdulaziz Atta is a lawyer and a member of our Corporate/Commercial practice group in Montréal. His practice is focused on business law and he acts for clients on a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital. Abdulaziz is a dual-qualified lawyer, practising both in Québec and New York.
Abdulaziz has a law degree from the Université de Montréal. Driven by his passion for sports and technology, he also completed a Master of Laws degree at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), specializing in business law as well as sports, entertainment and technology law.
Prior to joining Fasken, Abdulaziz was a lawyer in the corporate law group of an international law firm.
