Andile Msane-Hlalele is an Associate in the Pro Bono Department within the Labour, Employment and Human Rights Practice Group in the Johannesburg office. She is an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa who holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and an LLB degree from Rhodes University as well as a Masters of Law in Human Rights and Criminal Justice from the University of Kwa-Zulu-Natal.
Andile Msane served her Articles at Lawyers for Human Rights where she spearheaded documentation efforts and campaigns aimed at various governmental departments and challenging various sections of legislation, she subsequently worked as a Human Rights Officer at the South African Human Rights Commission.
Andile Msane has a demonstrated interest and commitment to the protection and promotion of Human Rights in South Africa and has experience and expertise in Children’s Rights, Women’s Rights, LGBTQI Rights , Socio-economic Rights and Refugee and Migrant law.
