Anthony Foreshew is an associate in Fasken's Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions group. He is engaged in a broad corporate/commercial and securities law practice, advising both private and publicly-held companies.
Anthony graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. Prior to law school, he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering from Laurentian University, completing co-op placements at three operating mines and serving as a Teaching Assistant. He then spent three years as an Account Executive at a major energy company, supporting industrial clients across Canada.
In his spare time, Anthony enjoys spending time outdoors and is active in the mining community, traveling internationally to attend events.
Anthony summered and articled with the firm. As a summer student, he was seconded to IAMGOLD Corporation.
