Anthony Foreshew completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from Laurentian University, where he was actively involved in student leadership, mining competitions, and served as a Teaching Assistant. During his undergraduate studies, Anthony completed co-op placements at three operating mines across Canada, gaining hands-on experience in field operations and project management. Prior to law school, he worked for three years as an Account Executive at a major energy company, supporting industrial clients across British Columbia and Eastern Canada. At law school, Anthony volunteered with the Future of Law Lab, focusing on the regulation of cryptocurrency and emerging digital assets. During his summers, he worked in the legal department of a midstream energy company in Calgary. In his spare time, Anthony enjoys spending time outdoors and working on DIY projects.
Anthony summered with Fasken, during which he participated in the Firm’s Secondment Program and was seconded to IAMGOLD Corporation.
