Overview

Ashley Faerberboeck is a Law Clerk in the firms’ Banking and Finance Group in the Toronto office and has worked in the legal profession since 2017.

Ashley assists with all aspects of secured and unsecured financing transactions, acting for both lenders and borrowers in a variety of financing arrangements. Ashley has experience in domestic as well as cross-border transactions, syndicated lending, asset-based lending, project finance, acquisition finance and debt restructuring.
