Aurélie Ménard practises with our Corporate/Commercial Group. Her practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance and securities.
Aurélie advises corporate and institutional investors on complex buy/sell transactions, mergers, financing arrangements and restructurings, both domestic and cross-border. She also represents issuers and brokers in their financing activities, whether through a prospectus or private placement.
She holds a Bachelor of Civil Law from the Université de Montréal and was called to the Québec Bar in 2022. During her studies, Aurélie achieved academic excellence while also working as a law student at a boutique litigation firm and volunteering with Pro Bono Students Canada and at a community centre.
