Benjamin joined Fasken in the summer of 2025 as a law student prior to beginning his articling term at the firm. He completed his law degree at the Université du Québec à Montréal in 2024 and has since completed the examinations and legal clinics at the Québec Bar School.
Prior to joining Fasken, Benjamin worked for over six years at a major Québec airline where he held various positions in human resources and labour relations. In 2023, he was named one of Wings magazine’s Top 20 Under 40.
Benjamin holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations from the Université Laval and a master's degree in the same field from the Université de Montréal. He has also been a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA) since 2019.
Since beginning his university studies, he has continued to be involved in governance on various boards, including at the Cégep de Trois-Rivières, CADEUL, CoMÉUL, Fondation CRHA and Force Jeunesse. He currently focuses his attention on the board of directors of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés du Québec, where he has served for over three years.
Passionate about cultures and travel, he has visited over fifty countries around the world, and has had the opportunity to take part in various academic experiences in Tunisia, France and China.
