Bettina Xue Griffin is an associate the firm’s Emerging Technology and Venture Capital group. Passionate about helping innovative companies scale with clarity and confidence, Bettina advises founders, scale-ups, and investors on complex commercial issues in the emerging technology space.
Bettina brings a unique and pragmatic perspective to her practice shaped by experience both within law and in leadership roles at high-growth technology companies. She has led AI innovation strategy and advised high-growth SaaS companies through their scale-up cycle, from startup to securing and maintaining enterprise clients. She has been featured as a speaker on the future of technology and law.
Prior to joining Fasken, Bettina led AI product strategy at legal technology companies, working closely with engineers, executives, and enterprise clients to bring new products to market. She has negotiated complex SaaS and licensing agreements, advised on cross-border privacy and data governance frameworks, and guided companies through the legal and business challenges of rapid growth.
Outside of practice, Bettina enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, performing standup comedy, and exploring new hiking trails.
