Camille is a corporate/commercial lawyer advising clients in the technology sector and other high-growth industries. Camille advises entrepreneurs, start-ups and venture-backed companies on a range of issues, from inception of the business to the growth and procurement phases.
Camille provides strategic counsel to private companies on a range of business transactions and commercial activities, including start-up and incorporation issues, debt and equity angel and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters and IT licensing and development.
In her spare time, Camille enjoys dancing, skiing and travelling. Camille was a classical ballerina for over 20 years and has achieved her Advanced 1 Cecchetti method exam.
