Overview

Carl Tremblay is Managing Partner for the Québec City office. A leader in the Québec City business community, he is recognized for his expertise in corporate and commercial law. He focuses in particular on mergers and acquisitions and financing.

 

Carl’s experience and professional skill ensure that clients receive the best possible services.  He has been listed in several legal directories, including Chambers, Best Lawyers in Canada and Lexpert.

 

Carl regularly takes part in mergers and acquisitions transactions, private placements and strategic agreements. He also acts on behalf of investors in private placements and has participated, on the behalf of several research centres in the Québec City area, in the establishment of companies for spin-off purposes.

 

He is an active member of several boards of directors and advises them on governance and integrity issues.

 

Before joining Fasken, Carl practiced at an international law firm in Québec City where he served as Managing Partner for over eight years.
