Carl Trudeau is a partner in the Labour, Employment & Human Rights Group in our Montréal office.
As part of his practice, Carl advises clients in the private and public sectors on labour relations, union certification, collective agreement negotiations, occupational health and safety, and termination claims. Additionally, he provides strategic advice on pay equity matters at both the provincial and federal levels.
He also represents employers before administrative tribunals specializing in labour law, as well as before civil courts.
Prior to joining Fasken, Carl worked for an international firm in Montréal.
