Catherine is a lawyer in our Corporate Group at the Montréal office. Her practice focuses on private mergers and acquisitions and on securities.
Catherine handles business sales and purchases and corporate reorganizations. She is regularly called upon to work on major interprovincial and international matters, both in English and in French.
She has special expertise in international business purchase/sale transactions, where she works with various global partners.
During her university studies, Catherine completed several co-op placements, including as a law student with a major public food sector company in Quebec and in private practice. She also worked as a research assistant for the Honourable Justice Martin Bureau of the Superior Court of Sherbrooke, and for Professor Marie-Claude Desjardins at Université de Sherbrooke.
Before joining Fasken, Catherine was a lawyer in the business law group of a law firm in the Montréal area.
