Claire is an associate in our securities and corporate/commercial group in Vancouver. Her practice focuses on securities law, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial matters.
Claire is a graduate of the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia, where she was awarded the Christopher Walker Memorial Award for academic excellence and community involvement. During law school, she served as Co-President of the Allard Law and Business Society, a Board Member of the UBC Law Review, and Co-Founder and President of the UBC Korean Law Students Association. Claire currently serves on the Board of the Korean Canadian Lawyers Association of British Columbia.
Claire also holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of British Columbia and a Certificate in Interaction Design from Emily Carr University of Art + Design.
