Overview

Connie is an associate in the Labour, Employment, and Human Rights Group at Fasken's Vancouver Office. Connie has a broad litigation practice with a focus on human rights and employment litigation.  

Connie's human rights practice involves representing health authorities, universities and school districts in a variety of human rights complaints. Her employment practice involves representing institutions on issues relating to bullying and harassment, wrongful dismissal, and constructive dismissal. Connie has represented clients before the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal and the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia.

Connie graduated from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia in 2021. During law school, she was the Executive Director of the Law Students' Legal Advice Program in 2020, and competed in the 2019-2020 British Columbia Law Schools Competitive Moot. In her final semester, she was a Judicial Intern with the Provincial Court of British Columbia.

She is the recipient of the Law Foundation Public Interest Award (2019) and the Raymond G. Herbert Award for the All-Around Best Graduating Student (2021).

Connie enjoys Reformer Pilates, Zumba, travelling, and exploring new cafes.
