Overview

Dalia Tullio is a corporate/commercial lawyer in the Emerging Technologies Group in the Montreal office. Her practice is focused primarily on venture capital financing as well as mergers and acquisitions for emerging technologies and start-ups.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master’s Degree in Biology from Université de Sherbrooke. As part of the Law and Life Sciences program, she had the opportunity to complete a semester abroad at Université de Montpellier in France.

Prior to joining Fasken, Dalia completed an internship in Technology Transfer and Intellectual Property in addition to her articling term at Sandoz Canada. Thereafter, she practiced with an international law firm specializing in Business Law.
