Dario is an associate in the Corporate/Commercial group at our Montréal office. His practice touches all areas of business law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions.
Prior to joining Fasken, Dario summered and articled at a leading national firm in Ottawa, where he practiced in the corporate law, private M&A, and fund formation groups. Following his return to his hometown of Montréal, he began his legal career with a boutique firm.
Dario is known for his sharp analytical skills and approachable demeanour. Outside the office, he is an avid sports fan and enjoys fitness, pickleball, and poker, among other pursuits.
