Darren Lund’s practice is focused on a range of estate planning and administration matters. Regularly assisting clients with multiple wills, inter vivos trusts, planning for disabilities, marriage contracts, and estate freezes, Darren also works with clients on charitable gift and tax planning.
Darren’s experience also extends both contentious and non-contentious estate administration, where he advises trustees and beneficiaries. He also assists with the passing of fiduciary accounts, trust variations, post-mortem tax planning, estate planning and administration for persons with assets in multiple jurisdictions and estate litigation.
Darren speaks and writes on a variety of topics including estate planning for spouses and couples, effective use of trusts, will drafting, charitable giving, family law claims in estate planning and administration, and estate planning for persons with disabilities. He previously practised estates law at a large national law firm.
