David Pak is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate/Commercial practice group with a particular focus on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and general corporate and commercial matters.
David is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School. During his time at Osgoode Hall, David was a division leader for the Osgoode Community & Legal Aid Services Program, where he assisted low income clients in administrative law matters. David also served as a research assistant to a leading insolvency law professor at Osgoode Hall. Prior to law school, David was a microbiologist for the federal government. David has extensive volunteer experience with non-profit and charitable organizations such as Pro Bono Ontario, The Law Society Foundation, and Habitat for Humanity. He also enjoys travel, hiking, football, golf, and mahjong.
David joined the firm as an associate in 2021. He previously was an associate for a securities law firm in Toronto.
