Overview

Dev Singh is Co-Leader of Fasken's Banking and Finance group, and a member of the Firm’s ESG Steering Committee and Student Committee. Dev’s practice concentrates on domestic and cross-border leveraged finance transactions and other debt financings in a variety of industries including mining, health care, food & beverage, telecommunications, media and retail.

Dev has extensive experience representing banks and other financial institutions in a variety of debt finance transactions, including first and second lien credit facilities, bridge loans, acquisition financings, project financings, refinancing and recapitalization facilities, intercreditor arrangements and secured creditor issues.

Dev received his J.D. from Western University and a MBA from Richard Ivey School of Business. He articled and summered with the firm, during which time he was seconded to Bell Media Inc. Dev also worked as a leverage finance attorney in the New York office of Paul Hastings LLP.
