Diana Sciortino is a lawyer in the Corporate/Commercial group at our Montréal office. She focuses her practice on a wide array of business law matters, including mergers, acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions.
Diana advises companies stemming from diverse industries on the organization of their commercial endeavors, as well as complex purchase, sale, merger, financing and restructuring operations.
Prior to her law studies, Diana obtained a Bachelor’s degree (BCom) from the Desautels Faculty of Management, where she majored in Accounting. She subsequently obtained her BCL and JD degrees from McGill’s Faculty of Law.
