Dina Zonoozi is an associate in the Firm’s Labour, Employment, and Human Rights group, with a growing practice focused on complex workplace matters. She has appeared before arbitrators, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and the Divisional Court.
Dina practices management-side labour, employment, and human rights law, assisting employers manage labour relations, resolve employment disputes, and ensure compliance within the legal landscape. Her approach is grounded in thoughtful analysis, clear communication, and solutions that work in the real world.
Dina earned her Juris Doctor from Western University, where she gained practical advocacy experience as a Caseworker at Western's Community Legal Services Clinic and as an Intern with the Dispute Resolution Centre.
Prior to Fasken, Dina practiced labour, employment, and human rights law within the public sector. She also completed a clerkship at the Federal Court, where she assisted with administrative, constitutional, and human rights matters.
Outside the office, Dina enjoys hiking, skiing, and discovering new board games with friends.
