Doe recently completed her second year of studies at Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC. She works for Professor Wei Cui at Allard conducting legal research on digital services tax and pharmaceutical trading.
During her time in law school, Doe volunteered in front line legal advocacy at Atira Women’s Resource Society through Pro Bono Students Canada. She also gave a lecture at a secondary school through the Legal Outreach Program, and worked on the Bias Awareness Project with the Social Justice Action Network. Doe has been awarded the Panvini Scholarship in Law and Graduating Class of ’53 Scholarship on academic performance. Doe holds a Qualified Arbitrator (Q. Arb) designation and a Certificate of Completion of National Mediation Course from the ADR Institute of Canada, and recently spoke as a panellist for the ADR Institute of BC’s 2020 Symposium.
Doe summered at a mid-sized full service firm in Surrey, BC after her first year at law school. Outside of school, she likes to travel and try different teas from around the world.
