Overview

Dominique Simard is Counsel in Fasken’s Knowledge Management and Practice Innovation group. Since 2015, she has played a key leadership role as an integrated member of the firm’s Litigation group.

She is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and initiatives that support the knowledge management and practice innovation needs of the litigation teams in Montréal and Québec City.

Dominique participates in the development of essential knowledge and practice resources and helps implement effective solutions and best practices to enhance legal service delivery, streamline processes and improve data collection. She also works closely with members of the group to provide practical, hands-on support in their day-to-day practice.

Her work further includes contributing to learning initiatives, training programs, and the analysis of emerging developments and innovative approaches to legal practice.
