Overview

There is constant pressure on transportation companies to be more efficient, safe and environmentally friendly. We help our clients anticipate and navigate legal minefields so that they can focus on growing their businesses and innovating for the future.

We have a preeminent practice in the transportation sector, providing a full complement of legal services to the leading railway companies in North America, major national and international shipping, transportation, and logistics companies, national and international airlines and aviation companies, pipelines, port and terminal operators, and intermodal and multimodal carriers.

Our transportation practice includes an impressive roster of blue-chip transportation companies, and we are proud of the fact that we have developed decades-long client relationships with many of them.

Our expertise encompasses advice regarding collision and other perils, cargo claims, ports and terminal initiatives and project contracts. We also advise on matters concerning licensing, insurance including claims, taxation, environmental, labour and employment and real estate.

Innovate, anticipate and respond to economic, regulatory, and litigation challenges.
