Overview

Éliane Dupéré-Tremblay is an associate in the Montréal office's Commercial Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on insolvency and bankruptcy and she is regularly involved in cases involving the security enforcement, asset recovery and restructuring.

In the course of her practice, Éliane takes part in hearings before the Superior Court and the Quebec Court of Appeal and represents clients from various sectors and industries. Her broad understanding of the commercial legal landscape allows her to provide clients with advice on complex legal issues and helps them develop effective strategies that meet their needs.

Éliane is a member of the Quebec and Ontario Bars and holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Laws from the University of Cambridge. In 2017, she articled with President Ronny Abraham at the International Court of Justice in The Hague, Netherlands.

Prior to joining Fasken, Éliane practiced commercial litigation with a Montreal law firm.
