Overview

Elissa Brock is a member of the Corporate/Commercial group at the Montréal office. Her practice covers an array of business law matters and is focused on mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies. She is skilled at supporting buyers and sellers throughout the entire acquisition, merger or restructuration process.

Elissa is also a Mentor of the Montreal summer student program for the Corporate/Commercial group.

Elissa completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Minor in Art History at McGill University. She then completed her law degree at Université de Montréal in 2017.

Prior to joining Fasken, Elissa was an associate in the business law group of a large national firm.
