Emily has experience in advising estate trustees in administering a range of complex estate matters, including intestacies, cross-border matters, and contested estates. Working closely with clients’ advisors, Emily prepares Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Trusts to assist clients in fulfilling their unique estate-planning objectives.

Emily has authored various publications, such as “Why Do I Need a Will? A Primer for Family Law Professionals” (Money & Family Law, issue 31-5) and has co-chaired several Ontario Bar Association programs, including “Wills and Estate Planning: A Primer” in November 2017, and “Estate Litigation: A Primer” in April 2017.
