She works in both British and Canadian jurisdictions covering various industries including Mining, Energy, Digital Assets, and Construction.

Emily has a deep understanding of legal principles and practices through her professional experience working on international corporate, commercial and litigation matters.

Prior to joining Fasken, Emily's legal background focused on Real Estate, Litigation and Dispute Resolution matters.

She is currently studying to obtain a LLM Masters alongside the Solicitors Qualifying Examination in order to qualify a solicitor.
