Eowynne Noble leads Fasken’s Professional Development team and oversees the recruitment, training, and management and development of the firm’s students, associates and counsel. She is responsible for helping lawyers advance their individual career development goals through training, mentorship and feedback programs. As part of her role, she also oversees the partnership admission process.
Eowynne is a Co-Chair of the Student Development Committee, and Co-Chair of the Firm’s Professional Development Committee, and is a champion of the Firm's diversity initiatives. She is also an active member of the National Association of Legal Professionals, and sits on the Summer and Articling Working Group.
Before joining the Professional Development department, Eowynne summered and completed her articles with the Firm. Following the completion of her articles, she joined Fasken’s Toronto Labour, Employment and Human Rights Group as an associate in 2013. In her role as an associate, she advised employers on pre-employment and hiring issues, executive compensation, employment agreements, workplace policies, accommodation and return to work plans, and engaged in employment and labour related litigation.
As an associate, she was also actively involved in the student and associate programs as a mentor and during recruitment periods. As part of her new role, she also provides employment law advice to the firm.
Eowynne brings a vast array of experience to the role of Senior Director of Professional Development. Prior to attending law school, Eowynne worked in non-profit management where she managed employees locally and abroad.
