Eric Vice is a Banking & Finance Associate in Fasken's Toronto office and practices in the area of banking and finance law, with an emphasis on securitization and structured finance.
Eric’s experience includes acting for domestic and international commercial banks, non-bank financial institutions, private credit providers, private equity funds and sponsors, as well as corporate borrowers and issuers, in connection with senior and subordinated debt, asset-based and cash flow facilities, leveraged financings, securitizations, debt capital markets transactions and restructuring matters. Eric’s transactional experience spans several industries, including mortgage lending, retail, mining, automotive, manufacturing and aerospace, and he has significant experience in cross-border and multi-jurisdictional financings.
Prior to joining Fasken, Eric practiced at an international law firm. During his articles, Eric was seconded to the Royal Bank of Canada.
In 2025 and 2026, Eric was recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada in the "Ones to Watch" category for banking and finance.
