Eric White is an associate in the Corporate/Commercial Group at our Montreal office.
Prior to joining Fasken, Eric worked in tax law, assisting clients in a wide range of tax matters, including tax planning and dispute resolution with tax authorities.
Eric also has experience in mergers and acquisitions, notably for corporate clients, as well as in trust and estate planning and wealth management for private clients. Eric also acquired experience working in a start-up clinic during his law studies.
