Overview

Fasken Martineau’s Labour, Employment, Human Rights and Public Law group is pleased to invite you to a seminar on the employer’s right to supervise.

The methods employers use for supervision have greatly evolved over the years, whether it is traditional supervision using surveillance agents, undercover agents, surveillance cameras, or sophisticated drones.  But what about the employer’s right to supervise employees?

The training will equip employers to identify situations in which they can legally supervise employees. The applicable criteria based on the case law will be discussed and practical advice provided so that an employer gets the maximum benefit from this technique.

This training session is an invitation only event. For all queries, please contact Stéfanie Fréchette at 514 397 7508 or [email protected].

Don’t miss our next training session on October 4, 2017: Deciphering cybersecurity and decoding information protection issues “Any rather developed technology is indistinguishable from magic” (Three laws of Clark).
