Overview

Globalization, and the way in which business now operates within it, is under close scrutiny throughout the world. For those interested in preserving globalization through reform (as opposed to reversing it) many of the new initiatives, both domestically and on the international stage, revolve around the human rights impact of global corporate activity. This presentation will focus on the full range of measures now in place and under consideration impacting corporations and their business partners

Exploration and mining companies, with an interest in their human rights footprint, reputation and brand, will find the presentation of value.
