On 15 June 2018, the Minister of Mineral Resources published the much anticipated and latest draft Mining Charter for the South African Mining and Minerals Industry.

Fasken's Mining and B-BBEE practice group invites you to our breakfast seminar to discuss the new Draft Mining Charter and its implications for the mining industry.

Our team of lawyers will discuss the various changes contained in the new Draft Mining Charter with a particular focus on:
