Influenza can have deadly consequences for the elderly or those with compromised immune systems. In recent years, employers have struggled to find a balance between protecting these vulnerable populations from influenza and respecting the wishes of employees who refuse to be vaccinated. In this session, we will examine whether mandatory flu vaccine policies are enforceable and discuss other steps that employers can take to keep everyone healthy.
