Part 2 - Pitfalls: Lessons Learned from Failed ERP Implementation

In our second part of the session, we will review as a case study a recent 125 million pound lawsuit alleging willful and reckless breach of contract in connection with a failed ERP implementation. How did this happen? How would you advise the vendor? How would you advise the customer? And what key lessons learned can you distill from this lawsuit to help your clients avoid similar expensive, and potentially very public, lawsuits?
