During this training session, our speakers will look at the sensitive issue pertaining to rights, obligations and remedies when an employer or its officers or employees are the subject of work-related defamation. 

This presentation will discuss defamation on social media, in traditional media and otherwise. We will also discuss the remedies available to an employer when such defamation occurs, depending on whether inside or outside the workplace.
