It has been quite a year. In this session, our panel will update you on emerging trends and significant labour relations developments that have taken place over the past year across Canada, including important changes in union organizing, labour arbitration process and procedures and what to expect in the year to come. In the process, our panel will also update you on the state of the law as it relates to mandatory vaccination, return to work policies and the many other issues that unionized employers across the country are currently facing.
